Once you learn the basics and are ready to catch some waves one of Coastal Urge’s experienced coaches will teach you the basics of SUP surfing.

We Offer Kite Boarding Lessons
Kite Control
This land based lesson is a must for anyone who would like to learn kiteboard or fly power kites. An experienced coach will take you through exercises covering kite safety, setup/breakdown, and flying techniques with a trainer kite.
1.5 Hours – $100
Kite Boarding Level 1
This is your introduction to getting out on the water utilizing an inflatable water kite. Your coach will teach you all about setting up your gear, launching and landing your kite, self rescue, water relaunch, and the first steps of getting up on the board.
2.5 Hours – $275.00 (Prerequisite Kite Control)
Kite Boarding Level 2
After completing Level 1 you should be ready to learn about board skills and how to sucessfully ride upwind. You will be coached through the proper riding techniques to make you more confident and efficient out on the water.
1.5 Hours – $150.00 (Prerequisite Level 1)
Private Coaching
For those who have kiteboarding experience or have taken on of our classes you can work one-on-one with our experienced coaches. They will work with you on a variety of skills from wave riding, dialing in your upwind technique, to jumping.
